today i got a pair, and i think my ladybits are happier already! i only had to try on 14 pairs or so to find the one pair that fit. it was kind of an exciting process, but it was strange to spend so much time staring at my own spandex-clad ass in the mirror. but padded bike shorts! so awesome!
it now also looks like i have more of a booty when i'm stealthily wearing them under pants. if that kind of false advertising is the tradeoff for comfier (and thus more frequent and longer rides), i can totally handle that.
also, it's getting to be skirt-wearing weather, and i think that padded bike shorts + a cute skirt = total spring-summer bicycle riding attire dressing success. yes!
