can we all just agree that this is a reasonable disclaimer?

so i was updating itunes (every once and awhile they decide that i'm getting too accustomed to the appearance of itunes and so it's time to change some colors, or round out some corners, or add some additional menu item that i don't want and can't figure out how to get rid of ["movies" and "tv shows," i'm looking at both of you. reproachfully.], so it's time to issue another update.)

and i decided to read the license agreement, just to see if they tried to sneak in some provision about promising them my first born child or something, and i came upon this part (obnoxious capital letters in original): "THE APPLE SOFTWARE IS NOT INTENDED FOR USE IN THE OPERATION OF NUCLEAR FACILITIES, AIRCRAFT NAVIGATION OR COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS, AIR TRAFFIC CONTROL SYSTEMS, LIFE SUPPORT MACHINES OR OTHER EQUIPMENT IN WHICH THE FAILURE OF THE APPLE SOFTWARE COULD LEAD TO DEATH, PERSONAL INJURY, OR SEVERE PHYSICAL OR ENVIRONMENTAL DAMAGE."

so, are we all clear about that? don't try to use itunes to operate nuclear facilities. okay.
