i just registered for a red cross cpr/1st aid course, and at the bottom of my confirmation page appeared the following message:
"The component associated with the schedule will be added to the development plan."
i am so confused.

I means that if the instructor forgets to bring the practice CPR dummies that one person in the class, chosen by lot, is legally required to substitute for the dummies that day.
i was kind of hoping that it indicated the presence of some sort of master scheduler who is going to help me plan my life.
