I think you go even cuter with further anthropomorphizing. Jesus, that's a long word. Maybe if the baby otter had a tiny little sippy cup or a candy cane or something.

you're welcome! i'm picturing the tiny baby otter with a little wee hat on. it is pastel blue and white, and the brim is turned up (so that it can have room to grow into it later.)
